Booking Policy
Please read before securing your appointment with Ebonie Blush.
Booking & Cancellations
A 30% deposit is required for all appointments.
You may reschedule or cancel via your confirmation email or by logging into your account.
Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice will credit your deposit to your account or you may request a full refund.
Less than 48 hours’ notice: You will lose your 30% deposit for cancellation/reschedules.
Less than 12 hours’ notice of cancelling or no-shows: Full payment will be charged.
Late Arrivals
Arrivals over 10 minutes late may result in shortened services or cancellation/adaptation of some services.
A £5 late fee may apply.
Appointment Guidelines
No guests or children (unless being braided).
You cannot cancel part of your treatment once the appointment has started.
Patch Tests
Patch tests must be booked and completed in advance of your first appointment.
If not booked, your appointment will be cancelled and charged.
Braiding Appointments
Timing stated is a guide only. Additional charges apply if styles run over the booked time.
Hair must be dry and fully detangled on arrival. If not hair prep will be added to your service.
Only pre-stretched hair is accepted. Appointments will be cancelled and charged if incorrect hair is brought by the client.
Ensure hair matches your booked length — wrong lengths that delay the appointment will incur extra charges.
Nail Appointments
If arriving with gel polish, please book removal in advance.
Correct nail art type must be selected to allow enough time.
Ombré Brows
72 hours’ notice required for cancellations or reschedules.
Less than 72 hours: 30% fee
No-shows: 100% charge
Over 10 minutes late: appointment may be cancelled or charged in full.
Second sessions must be booked within 12 weeks or will incur an additional fee.
Previous brow tattoos must be declared before booking — failure to do so may result in cancellation and full charge.
This treatment is not suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
